One Stop Solution
rebCON is proud to provide its clients with a "one stop" solution for architectural metalwork including the following services;

DRAWING OFFICE: rebCON has a full functioning drawing office equipped with AutoCAD & 3D Software capable of handling projects from conceptual drawing through to detailed workshop drawings.

FULLY EQUIPPED FACTORY: Our full equipped factory can comfortably handle complex structural steel projects and is equipped with in-house CNC plate laser cutting, profile cutting and bending facilities which allow us to provide our clientele with precise fabrication in reasonable time.

GLASS: We are equipped to work with toughened, laminated and armourlam glass that is used in balustrading, canopies and floors.

IN-HOUSE JOINERY: We have our own in-house joinery shop where we can fabricate timber treads and handrails, in exotic or local hardwoods, for use in staircases and balustrading.

TREATMENT : We facilitate the treatment of all our products from shop-etch priming and application of Polyurethane or Polyacrythane finished products in our own spray booth to Hot Dip Galvanizing (outwork) or Epoxy Powder Coating (outwork).

INSTALLATIONS: We have full time site installation teams comprising of site fitters and assistants. These teams have their own vehicles and access to our in-house cranes and are overseen by our site supervisor.

HEALTH & SAFETY: We have a strong ethos towards Health & Safety and comply with the requirements of the OHS Act and the Construction Regulations Act, both in our workshop and on site. We maintain a sound Health & Safety record and are proud of our culture towards Health & Safety. Our Health & Safety requirements are administered in-house and where necessary we engage the services of competent professionals to assist.
